How do I access Home & Away Voicemail? |
If there is at least one new voicemail in any of the mailboxes to be collected, you will be hear a "stuttering" dial tone when you pick up your telephone. Certain telephone will also have a message waiting light or display. Please consult your telephone owner's manual for further information.
To access your Voicemail:
- From home:
- Dial * 9 8.
- Enter your password.
- You are now in the voicemail main menu.
Note: If you have multiple mailboxes activated, you will be prompted to choose which sub-mailbox you’d like to access prior to entering your password. - Away from home (Long distance call):
- Dial 1.87-ROGERSVM (1-877-643-7786).
- When prompted, enter your 10-digit telephone number.
- Enter your password.
- You are now in the voicemail main menu. Enter 1 1 to listen to your new voicemail messages.
Note: If you have multiple mailboxes activated, you will be prompted to choose which sub-mailbox you’d like to access prior to entering your password. - Away from home (Local call):
- Dial your home telephone number. Your home phone will ring.
- Once you hear your personal greeting, press 9.
- Enter your password.
- You are now in the voicemail main menu.
Note: If you have multiple mailboxes activated, you will be prompted to choose which sub-mailbox you’d like to access prior to entering your password. - Online:
- Login to www.rogers.com/vvm.
- Enter your Home Phone Number and Password.
- After pressing "Sign in", you are now in the Online-Voicemail inbox.
