Setting Up e-mail

Important note for Webmail users! If you ONLY use webmail to access your e-mails, your existing e-mail messages and address book will NOT be automatically moved to the new mail server.

  • If you want to keep your existing e-mail messages you MUST set up an e-mail program and your mail will automatically be downloaded to your computer. To find out how to do this, select your program from the "Set up your e-mail program" list.
  • If you want to save your address book, you will need to follow the steps here. You will then have refer to the help section of your e-mail program to find out how to add your saved e-mail addresses (this feature is not supported by Rogers).
  • If you are already using one of the mail programs listed below and are having trouble sending or recieving mail, you can check your settings. To find out how to do this, select your program from the "Verify your e-mail settings" list.

If you are already using one of these e-mail programs to access your e-mail and are not having any trouble sending or receiving e-mail, you don't need to make any changes.
