Troubleshooting Step 2: Reauthorize your Digital Box

The next step in troubleshooting is to reauthorize your Digital Box. This will reset all your Digital and Pay-TV services, and you can do this automatically by following the steps below:

  1. Call 1-866-894-9962 and follow the voice prompts.
  2. Select your language.
  3. You will be prompted to enter your home phone number. Enter the number that is associated with your cable account.
  4. Your box will be reauthorized, and you will be informed that your box has been reset.
  5. Hang up the phone.

NOTE: It may take up to 30 minutes for the reset to take effect.
