To create a PIN
- Press [SETTINGS] until you reach the General Settings screen.
- Scroll through the list and select Purchase: PIN if you want to change your Pay Per View/On Demand Purchase PIN.
OR Select Block: PIN if you want to change your Parental Controls PIN. - Press [OK/SELECT].
- Scroll through the next list and select ENABLE if you have not yet activated your PIN.
- Press [OK/SELECT].
- Follow the prompts to enter your PIN (the default is 0000 - Rogers recommends changing it to protect your purchases).
- Once you've created your own PIN, press [EXIT].
To reset your PIN using your remote
- Press [SETTINGS] until you reach the General Settings screen.
- Scroll through the list and select Purchase: PIN if you want to change your Pay Per View/On Demand Purchase PIN.

- Scroll through the next list and select ENABLE if you have not yet activated your PIN.
- Press [OK/SELECT].
- Follow the prompts to enter your PIN (the default is 0000 - Rogers recommends changing it to protect your purchases).
- Once you've created your own PIN, press [EXIT].
To reset your PIN online
- In a web browser, go to http://www.rogers.com and log in using your username and password.
- Click on Cable TV in the gray bar at the top of the window, or click on the Cable TV image near the bottom of the page.
- From the choices that appear, click on Re-set the PIN on your Digital Box
- A list of all the Digital Boxes on your account appears, each one with a "Re-set PIN" button beside it. The Digital Boxes are listed by serial number.
- If you have more than one Digital Box, check the back panel of the Digital Box you wish to reset to find the serial number.
- Click the "Re-set PIN" button beside the serial number of the box you wish to reset.
- The PIN will be re-set within 30 minutes. To change your PIN to a number other than 0000, please see To reset your PIN using your remote, above.
